Cheap BB Bold

So if your still under contract how do you get the new BB Bold cheaper than retail?

You have to be eligible to upgrade... you may qualify for an exception upgrade but that would be for the customer care representative to decide and you should order it through the rep that offers it.

Some stores will also do exception upgrades. It will have to be approved by the Credit and Activation department. In order to qualify, you usually have to have had your phone about a year, and no suspensions in the last 6 months. Your last upgrade also has to have not been an exception upgrade. You will still be signing a new 2-year contract and there will be an $18 upgrade fee. The phone will usually run $75 more than it would normally in the store. You do still get the rebate, though.
