When I try to connect with tje internet I get the following error.." the remote server efuse to perform the request. The address is not available. How do I fix this issue....will not even connect with media net.....Thanks

It sounds like the PPU media net or the PDA package is not turned on in the system. You might take it by a store or call Care from another phone to have them check that out.
