Little Help?

When I try to make a call this is the message I get.

"We are unable to connect calls from this line at this time. Please dial 1-800-331-0500 from a land line phone for customer service."

I can send receive text message and Blackberry Messenger, however no calls. Not even to 611. I called CC and they say there is nothing on my account that would indicate an issue. IMEI and Sim are correct. No tower issues in my area either.

Has anyone ever heard this message and know what it pertains to???

You need a new sim card. I had someone in my stoer the other day with the same problem with a blackberry. The SIM fixed it.

He's right. Call AT&T and go through the troubleshooting in Tech Support though so its all legit and on the level. That way you can get a replacement SIM and not have to buy one (which you will have to do if you try and solve the issue yourself)

Why didnt they send you to tech support? I bet you got another department other than Customer Care... Yes, CCare is watched on transfer stats which is rediculous...
