Well, I'm certain that someone will still complain about "not enough new phones."

I swear, a company could release literally that many new handsets PER MONTH, and you'd still hear griping!

I'll complain, lol. As a dealer, my inventory costs have skyrocketed because most of the new phones have 2-4 different colors, I don't have enough wall space or phone plaques for the new phones, yet. I'm, sure Tex understands what I'm talking about. Although the new phones are great as I am carrying one, it just really cuts into controlled budgets a lot, but its good for the consumer.

Ya i hear ya man. I am an authorized dealer and people walkin in all the time and look at our phone selection and say "where are all the phones?" They say well i was at a cor. store and they had much more phones to chose from. I tell them these are the same phones just don't have every different color of them on the wall like the cor stores. Cust complain all the time about it. Its lame. But i am super happy that at&t has got on the board with the handset selection.

And the funny thing is is that the customers are only ever looking for 1-2 phones, but for some reason they flip out if you don't have 80 phones in 100 colors to choose from.

We've had people leave our store because we didn't have enough "choice" even though we had all five phones they were interested in.
