windows to apple????

is there anyway i can transfer all my files from windows meedia player on to itunes so i can transfer the stuff to my iphone????

Yeah. Just open Itunes, then import the files. If it doesn't auto detect them, just click on File(I think its file) then import and browse for the files you want.
