Is it possible to switch a W760a to 2G?
My best friend has a W760a and he wants to he able to get more battery life out of this phone. He could care less about 3G (non-data user) Is this possible?

I am sure it is possible just not under the firmware ATT puts on their phones which locks a lot of the real features that are in them. Take a look at davinciteam.com and see what their stuff can do for you. I think you will find that your friends phone can be used in many more ways then what ATT advertises for.
