Question for ATT corporate managers
How achievable are the store objectives? Would you say that it is realistic to aim for meeting 115%-125% if you are good?
With no BS, how many hours do managers work during the holiday season?
Thanks in advance,
As far as hours, it depends on your store, and the staff you have behind you. I would venture to say most managers work 6 days a week if it's a busy store. Alot of the time you will work while at home on some stuff.

atleast in market 35 here in charlotte area.... we would be lucky to see them 4 days a aweek ......
Do you mind me asking what type of store you have? like A/B/C and about how well do you do w/ store objectives? do you hit like 125% or even more?
Thanks,
Which RSO do you manage here in the Dallas market?
Will
I know this is an unusual method to contact, but I've been with an agent for 3 years now in Charlotte and have been wanting to transition to a corporate position. I'm graduating college in May and I think I would have more opportunities for growth than where I am now.
If you don't mind contacting me via e-mail or something I would appreciate the chance to speak with you.
When you say 6 days, is that including admin work that can be done at home, or 6 days in store + the work at home?
And when you say, "if you have a good staff store & staff behind you", are those stores pretty common and would you think it is the manager's responsibility to turn a store into a store like that or are you kind of stuck with a good or a bad store?
Thanks in advance,
