As a Blue rep, his behavior is intolerable. Are we not supposed to observe the Code of Ethics (orange) and also the diversity training (both). Regardless of what many people may say, an action or words spoken by a individual can have have adverse effacts on an entire company.

Please read the terms of use policy for this forum. Anytime Blue violates the policy (which we all know he has everytime he logs on-misrepresentation), the moderator can eventually arrange for his IP to be blocked no matter what is user name is. REPORT ANY VIOLATION. I'm a cingular customer who is a computer engineer that works for a "Fortune 10" company. My (and my department which I manage) customers are the "customer marketing" and "Sales" people of my corporation so I understand the customer service end of it and the computer engineering after all cell phones are esentially computers on airwaves. So if BLUE is violating ANY of the terms of use, simply report him to the moderator. This guy is simply getting his joy out of pissing peopl...
