Don't just call in and throw your assumptions out as expectatioons and then pitch a fit when we can't meet those expectations. If you assume that Cingular Nation GSM comes with canada roaming (which it doesn't) use the resorces available (i.e. customer care, sales reps, or the literature provided you when you were looking at service)to either confirm that assumption or prove it to be inaccurate.
