Well mine isn't going to change until 2006.
I was a Cingular employee, accepted a job with ATTWS, and was taken over by Cingular a month later. Our commision structure is way better than legacy Cingulars and is gauranteed through 2005.
I am curious about the new commisions though.

My fellow reps at Legacy AT&T stores are always bitching about their back/lack-of/shorted commission checks. Perhaps this is an isolated market problem? A few are STILL waiting for corrections.

I've only been shorted one time. I know of people who've had problems with each check but it was always made right. Not rightaway but within the next pay period.

Depends on what you sell... The features are going down by 50% and the 2 yrs are going up by 200%... And the per plan is kinda going up, BUT your targets are different now... Like your primary is through 120% instead of 110% and your excellence is at 140%
