Ok... here's the deal.

Went into a Cingular store to port my number from T-Mobile to Cingular. 3 Days goes by and nothing has happened, so my wife and I decided to cancel the port and just get new numbers. So I called Cingular and T-Mobile. Both told me "ok... the port request has been canceled". So we then proceded to get our new numbers.

Then a month later I get a bill for a month of service (99.99 + 9.99 + 14 (nights at 7)+19.99 (Media works)....etc...

So I call in to CS. I get a nice young lady who tells me that she can't cancel lines and that her sup has to do it so she will get it done in the morning and call me back. Guess what.... no call.. Then the next month I get another bill.

More charges! Yea! More charges....lol...

Your best bet is to go back to the store that the ports were supposed to be done in... They can send a form through stating that there was never any equipment sold and fill out an NOI (NO Install) form, and that should cancel everything for you with no fees. What area are you in?

If you go back to the store that you recieved your phones from and tell them to fax a noinstall form to cingular and then have them call to follow up on it in a day with noinstalls basically you pay nothing because you never took posesion of the lines type of deal.
