BUYING NEW PHONE, NEED HELP
im looking for a new phone from cingular and i can spend around 175 tops. Should i get the motorola v551 or the Samsung e317. Someone tell me if there are any other cingular phones in the price range that are good.

Nokia 6230 and the Nokia 6820 and Motorola V551, depending on your needs... I personally am partial to the Nokias though.

Check around on ebay for cingular phones, you usually find them at lower than the no commitment price, but if your looking for new service, then your best bet is probably the v551 if you perfer the flip phones.
