MY phone freezes on me and the only thing i can do is press the menu button and thats thats the only thing that will respond. After calling CS and working with them now my problem is it freezes and when it works(which is only sometimes)I can only acces my different programs by pressing the up arrow on my keypad.(which also works sometimes)so now I dont know what to do anybody have any suggestions as to what actions I should take?
