XBM for Bolds
ever since the Bold's release I've seen a few with problems,
does anyone know if these are known issues and that XBM is aware of them being known issues?
-Phone not charging (charging port)
-Battery not holding charge
-Screen completely blank
and one guy came in today, his bold kept bringing up voice command, whenever i was doing anything. did a master reset and that fixed the problem

I've noticed that if a customer is getting the newest updates to the firmware issues are not as prevelent. The only Bold issues I've seen is the radios going from GPRS to EDGE to 3G and that was fixed with a firmware update. Since the last update my battery life has actually gotten better than before.
