Any corp. rep.'s having problems with the new cft ratings?
The new CFT scores are crap and I'm tired of getting crap for the strange way they rate us in corp. stores. On the five areas i got 100% in four and a 0 in one but my overall all score was a -100%, doesn't make sense. Now that they are doing disciplinary actions on this I feel that the ratings need to change, any one else with me?

i have a feeling that at&t wants to do away with sales reps as they are now and get a set up like best buy where no commission is paid out. this is the only way they can do it.

yeah we've been getting that feeling for a while now. Lucky for us we're union and wouldn't let that happen. They would hopefully realize that with out commission no one is going to put up with the **** we deal with on a day to day basis.
