Regarding Changes To Your Wireless Account

Dear Valued Customer,



We’d like to inform you of an effort we’re taking to help us better serve you. Effective May 2009, we will be converting your wireless account(s) to a new national billing platform. You can continue to use your current device(s), features and services. The following explains the changes which will impact your account:


You will see some slight differences in how charges are displayed on your invoice.
You will be assigned a new billing account number. It will appear on your first bill after conversion.

Absolutely not. Your billing account is being moved from the CARE billing system to Telegence. It will have minor impact on the way features are WORDED on your bill.

No where in the T&C's does it state you will be in this billing system and have the same account number or you will send your bills to the same address.

You must live in the Southeast region of the US.

It changes the way your bill is presented, not what is actually billed, so I would say No.

If anything, this is a benefit for you because now when you call into a call center with questions about your bill, everyone will be on the same page.

Why do people always look for a way to get out of their contract without paying the ETF?

Look, if you don't like signing a contract, then pay full price for your phone. Don't feel like dropping 300-600 on a new phone? Then tough. It's either that or prepaid if you don't want a contract!
