My wife and I switched from Sprint to ATT in December and so far have been VERY unhappy with the service. I'm in the chicagoland, where service shoudl be strong, but we both experience numerous dropped calls. Probably 1/3 calls longer than 2 minutes gets dropped. We both have different phones and I've had a couple different phones and have experienced similar dropped calls, so its not the phone.

Anything ATT will do for me? let me out of the contract? I'm very frustrated!!!!!

Call em' and ask.

Then if that doesn't work report them to the BBB & State attorney general. It takes time put usually gets a response.

Yep. Pay the ETF to cover the cost of your subsidized phone then sell the phone for the price it's worth on ebay.

Call customer care and they hopefully will transfer you to tech. In Chicago particularly AT&T just resolved a huge known issue or at least thats what network operations states as of last thursday. Are you still experiencing dropped calls today?

Well here's a option. AT&T has been changing terms in there contracts and not letting there customers know. Learn about whats going on and try to cancel out your lines with no ETF.
