Curious. How many old Legacy Blue/ATT Wireless customers are still out there?

they're still out there. yep. I come across them at least once every two weeks or so. The ones I get are forced to migrate in order to add a new line to their account. By now most of them are understanding. 3 years ago it was a different story though

I know it seems weird, but I wonder if because now we're AT&T that they are more understanding because in their logic, same carrier, just have to migrate from the old version to the new version, which is ok, better service, etc. etc.

I know it seems weird, but people really are that sensitive to branding. I guess advertising really does work!

Not only do they have trouble adding a line, but for all intents and purposes they cannot even CHANGE the IMEI information in our system until they migrate. That means if anyone ever trips a PUK code or the card gets damaged they in for a very frustrating phone call.
