Sorry Mr.PIR but I have to say
I have been watching this forum and at&ts forum and when I look at the latest discussions I look and I always see the same name appear who doesn't know anything and this person acts like it knows the company like the back of his palm. I really don't care if your a rep or a previous rep but if you know the answer post it and if you don't keep your mouth shut because I'm sick of seeing these dumb answers which make no sense at all. I can seriously say I am a customer but I know for a fact that what you say most of the time is never true.Come on something you should of learned a long time ago Rumors can sometimes prove facts but facts can never prove rumors. Please if you don't know the answer don't post save it for people that do know your taking up the page for nonsense. Maybe one day you can post something true and that makes sense when you learn the company you work or worked for.

Actually almost everything I've read you post, Mr.Pir, has been grossly innacurate. You remind me of the guy who if he doesn't know the answer to a question he makes it up. I hope this isn't the case and it is just that you are inept... although that isn't really any better is it? In any event you are misinformed as to most of the topics to which you have been replying. Take a minute and listen to everyone, consult P&P, but don't expect not to get called out on this misinformation you have been spreading.

Its something Blue Care reps are required to do on every call.
Example:
Cust "I'm calling about my bill"
Blue reps PIR would be "I'll be happy to go over your bill with you"
