How come everyone hates you man? from what I have seen you just post the truth. you do it in a manner that may offend some, becuase you are brutally honest, but in the past few weeks I see more people trying to pick a fight with you, or get you riled up.

I think we have a bunch of kids that are offended by the truth here, and you have become the scapegoat.

Because its simple, the moajority of them are customers, now if you get two reps, 1being honest and telling you something you don't like or another rep who tells you what you wanna hear, who you gonna like???

the average customer will accept the truth. even if they dont like it they understand policys from a companys standpoint. its the 10% that you guys hear from in the call center, and I see in the store.
