My IMEI on phone and box don't match - how to get rebate?

I would suggest that you call Young America the rebate company and get it straight from them at 1-800-982-2084.

Don't call that number. That is the line for SSG (Secondary Sales Support Group). SSG Does not handle rebates, they would just transfer you to Customer Care.

I work for Secondary Sales (SSG) ugh...anyway, no you dont have to go through Care to get the rebate...we actually send out a general inquiry form to have the rebate sent to you if you didnt get it with your welcome kit. 😛

more importantly, i would find out why. did you buy from an agent or a corporate store?

Are they the same phone? Are the first 8 numbers the same? If so, call CS and update with the label's IMEI. If not contact your Point of Sale.
