Cellular Video is for former Cingular Video, you can watch 2-5 minute clips or updates of news, sports, weather, or your favorite television shows. Some even have full episodes available in small blocks of five minutes each.
It's possible one of AT&Ts best offerings that isn't well known considering it's included free with an unlimited data plan.

It's not free it's 15.00 / month for basic and you do need the unlmt data plan .

As I said, free with the unlimited data plan. And you are speaking of Mobile TV. He asked about Cellular Video. The two are very different things.
