She is a blue rep... I believe... Which means that she may not have access to the system as well... Also it is a matter of proper channels.

No im an orange rep. The problem is if I access his account without him calling in, since we are a call center I may be at risk of getting fired. So I want to find out if that is so, if it is I cant make the changes.

Hun, I would call in and have it done. Its going to be easier than hoping you get me. Thats the good thing about working in a store, your customers can always come back to you. Mine can't and end up with a jerk for a rep next time. 😢
