Upgrade Fees

I tell you what former AT&T compadres, I sure like saying we don't have an upgrade fee. Or better yet I sure like not having to justify an upgrade fee.

Curious if AT&T will ever go that way.

No, we like our fees at AT&T. We like to charge our customers 25 dollars to replace their SIM card, even if they are having call quality issues. AT&T is like Verizon now, we nickel and dime you to death. Death Star...your world taken hostage!

COR locations are not to charge that fee for a sim card when it comes to troubleshooting purposes. Authorized retailers only charge.

Authorized Retailers charge because AT&T charges Authorized Retailers.

What?!? Your statement is poposterous.

At&t retaliers do not get any of the $18 upgrade fees passed on to the customer. It is directly billed by at&t.

Nor does at&t charge its retailers.

Indeed.

$25 for me.
$25 for the customer.

However we do usually call CCare and get a $25+tax credit on their account so that the customer really isn't out anything.

Even if you lock your sim card with a puk cor stores steal won't charge you for a new sim card.
