Is it out yet? I was under the impression it was coming directly to Cingular WHEN it comes out..

Well it does have the 850 Band so yes it will work..only thing is you may have to change the WAP settings along with others in order to fully utilize this phone with Cingular..but calling and text messaging will work right away..

Well in that case you will have spotty coverage with Cingular, only picking up the 1900 Band wherever that is available..
