I HATE CUSTOMER CARE!!!
I work for SSG (Secondary Sales) and customer care does NOT understand that we are NOT Telesales!!!! We have to hear these customers bi**h and complain for having to be on hold for 30 mins or longer to talk to one of us, just to be told that they were connected with the wrong department! What do they not understand about SSG --- within 30 days and telesales -- new customers or add a line (customers who havent received phones yet and are ORDERING THEM!!!!)

Sorry... To be honest, up until a few days ago I did not even know of the SSG. I fixed it on my own... I still have yet to call.. That should at least give you al ittle something to smile about. 🙂

Don't worry, we get alot of unecessary cals from them in telesales also. The most common one I get is "I'm trying to migrate this customer and I get this error" Like I'm help desk or something. Then there is the whole blue and orange telesales do different things. "This customer needs you to look up his order" Sorry buddy, you got a blue sales rep, try again and get an orange one.
