Phone Upgrade?
Who Processes phone upgrades? I know it not Sales... anyone know exactly?

they gave us a equipment request form to fill out for upgrades try and see if you can find it in csp what billing are you in care or telegence???

I'm in Telegence but my CSP doesnt work either LOL... When I try to use CSP to search anything it just pulls up Samsung phones. It would be nice if my system tools worked sometimes...

That's because there is no training necessary to do upgrades. You fill out the form question by question. Very self explanatory. If someone thinks this new form is confusing, you should have used Telepos. But after a few upgrades that was easy too!! 🙂

Heh neither were we, but I had to do one yesterday. You just submit a Direct Fullfillment form. The customer has to have a credit card and pay a $14.95 shipping and handling fee and the $18 upgrade fee gets charged to the account.
