So if the Samsung x427m is not ENS capable, is the Samsung P777? Because I heard that all Samsungs are not capable....

No, to my understanding the only phones that are ENS are the nokia family. On the boxes it usually states this information. This information does not exist on the P777 box.

all phones post nov 15th are supposed to be ENS.

If you are refering to Nov. 15th as being Day One, this was only the date that ATT and Cingular became one company financially. This day did nothing for network. Like Nokias, also the Sony Ericsson phone line is also. However, everthing else is depending on the model number of the phone and the P777 is not ENS.
