went from 130 to 88 dollars.. not to shabby... and thats for 2 lines... with text messaging... pretty good i might say... pretty darn good...

Thats pretty amazing actually. I wish I had more Customers to deal with like you... I dont think that that is even a possible monthly ammount with the customers that call me.

Free caller ID and VM (This is big deal in canada. Those features are $3.00 each depending on carrier 😁 )


With taxes and fee's its $30.00 per month. Our System access fee is $6.75 đŸ˜ĸ

Actually for a Canadian I'm one lucky SOB! 😁

I got a Corporate Discount for Alberta Provincial Union employees (Actually my dad gets it)

My plan without the discount is.

$30 for 250 minutes
$10 for Unlimited NW
$10 for 6pm early evenings
$3.00 for Caller ID
$3.00 for VM
$6.75 for systems access fee

$62.75 + tax

I get it for $30.00 period. Yup Lucky SOB am I 🙂

ALL for $20.00 plus taxes so comes out to around $35.00

I have my phone expense'd out through the company I work for. So I get pretty much unlimited service (including international to call my family back in Holland). The sad thing is that I really don't talk on the phone hardly at at . . . (or at least outside of work).

39.99 for 1000 whenever, unlt'd nights and weekends nationwide, 2.99 for 300 text messages, unlimited TZones (WAP) for 4.99, and roadside assistance for 2.99. It was running about 45.00 a month steady, but I added a few things... Last bill was about 56.00.

What's really nice about my plan is that I don't even have an employee plan--I had my service before I started with TMo and this is a retail plan. I could do a bit better with an employee plan, but the handset discounts are actually better for me as a ...

Yeah I love the free unlimited everything: minutes, txt, mms, browser, roaming (on net of course but then how can I not be?), all features included, the only thing I have to pay for is LD .07 out of state (which I don't do), 1/2 price for roadside 1.50/mo and 3.99. I will cry when the switch us to the cingular employee plan.

You must work for a call center because for my phone, I pay nothing... I have a COU line, the company covers that for me and I also get the 1000 and 500 ERP lines too... Gotta love being a sales rep!

Speaking of bills, these customer, legacy blue, made me wanna acream

Customer calls in looked at her gsm account, has not paid a bill in 4 months, talks a rep into waiving her ETF(spouted loyalty), then has the nerve to say we needs to give her credit on the bill to help her avoid a collection, i was trying to be nice, and not let her push the issue, but since she did and demanded i review it or else the "magical words" i'll get you fired.

So i did, thankfully i am dual trained- so trained on tdma billing systes with active passwords, and gsm systems and passwords.

The cust had 5 accounts on tdma, 2 cancelled, 2 cancelled and written off as bad debts, and her cuirrent tdma account.

Her Gsm account was about to be written off, so ...
