Has AT&T rolled out the 850MHz in Los Angeles/Southern California?

Well since the front page article states the 3 cities it's been rolled out in and neither New York, Atlanta or San Francisco (close but still no) are not in southern Californa I'm gonna Say No. Final Answer.
