Hey guys lets give out some money saving sites and phone tricks to our customer here to help them out a little like the wal-mart ring tone thing anyone got any others? đŸ˜ŗ

The walmart thing might not even save them money because they are so long, and at $0.03/kb that adds up... It is probably cheaper to buy the shorter ringtone and download the shorter clip. And DEFINITELY don't do the jamster thing.

Amen to that! Jamster is #1 with a bullet on my sh!t list right now (#2 are those .99 per SMS chat lines) due to their deceptive ads and sneaky fees--I'd love to shut them down or at least make them bill their victims on their own, because I hate having to explain to people that we aren't the ones charging them for all those stupid "free" ringtones and wallpapers... Grrr, Jamster... argh... 😈

governement employees get %15 off too (WSCA).

But "YOUR NAME" has to be the primary name on the account. I don't care if it's your wife/husband of xxxx years, you should of ran your credit at the POS, and transfers of finacial repsonsibility forms are a pain.

The RWOF site states that you verify that it is a dependant or the account holder, I have always followed it that way.

I know this is off topic but, as a CSR, RWOF blows in my opinion. Seeing it makes me appreciate our IWOF forms a lil more. The only drawback is that IWOF is two-sided and only is as effective as the orange rep processing the request. I'm blue, BTW 😉

Its one of the migration tool used by the Blue Tiger Team. It was originally used for order that cannot be done in Siebel (ie bill copy requests, accessory only orders, etc). It was tweaked to include migration requests, but the first version sucked hard. The revision lets us switch between blue and orange so, in effect, its a somewhat quicker process. It could still be a lot better though. Oh yeah, it now lets use request migations for store reps so a (business) customer could migrate in the store and still get the equipment that day. I'm sure you remeber that whole debacle with business migrations 🙄

No, he does NOT call customer care. We cannot add the discount, he HAS TO go to a corp store to verify employment physically, then the agent'll add it thru POS.
