Feature Attachment Rate

Are any other sales reps having trouble hitting the $22 per act feature rate? We're sitting at a store average of $13.64.... 😕

ya we have been hitting it on average market 35 not new by anymeans hey maybe that is why we are in market 35 and our goal is $35 just realized that. kidna sucks

What market are you all in? Blue or orange reps? And might I add WOW! Our stores goal/ market goal it 2 features per sale... Now that does include activations and upgrades, and I find it hard at times, but I get it but $22 an activation, that is just craziness. đŸ˜ŗ

we have a 1.5 attach rate goal to shoot for, but it's not something we get written up for as of now. its a pain in the ass since we do twice as many upgrades as new acts, and everyone around here is either an old lady, "drives truck", or pulls a deposit. they want to LOWER their 29.99 plus tax bill, not increase it.

I'm an agent. We had the 2 features per act goal (features on upgrades helped us meet that quota), then they said shoot for 2.5. 2.5 is very doable, we're at 2.6 for the month as it is.

Our account rep said our goals have changed to $22 per act (what the customer pays, not what we make), and while it isn't pushed yet I ran our numbers to see how we'd do if it was. Ow is all I can say.

This kind of discussion really belongs in the "Shop Talk" forum. I know I don't monitor and bug people about this as often I probably should to make this kind of request, but I'd really appreciate it if anyone reading this could help me get a handle on things here...

Basically, anything that would only be relevant to employees belongs in the "Shop Talk" forum. Any consumer looking at this thread would just cross his eyes, go blind, and never come back... â˜šī¸ 😉

...but more importantly, they might never find the useful community out of this that they might otherwise. This should be a place where Cingular customers, potential customers, and any general interested people can come and talk about Cingular-related issues.

Roger that. I agree that sometimes if I were a customer I'd be scared off by some of the talk in this forum.

Well, I just got back from New Orleans late Wednesday night. We still only had "Part 1" of the CTIA article up, so I was up until about 7 getting Part 2 up.
