The AT&T Wireless Nightmare Coming...
Does anyone expect a big AT&T Wireless Confusion Nightmare that will happen late next month when we can't use the AT&T Wireless name on our phones, stores, bills, etc and have to give the name back to AT&T? Don't you guys think this will confuse the heck out of our old blue customers and will they have to force to migrate to Cingular phones and plans? Plus when AT&T gets the name back won't they start their own wireless company like a New AT&T Wireless? Won't a lot of old blue customer want to leave Cingular and go to the New AT&T Wireless thinking it's the same of the old AT&T Wireless but it's not? This is gonna be fun and interesting for all us reps, huh?

Where is all this b.s. comming from? ATT CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE FORCED TO MIGRATE TO CINGULAR PLANS/PHONES! Most customers have allready seen their bills with att and cingular on them, so it will not be a shock when att wireless disappears from the bill. Customers that use online account maintenance will not be in shock either because the web page has said cingular at the top for over 2 months now. All ATT stores in my area have allready had the outside signs changed to cingular allready, and have had the orange colors and cingular products inside since the middle of november. ATT has put their wireless plans on hold pending the aquisition by bellsouth. They were talking about reselling on sprints network, they may be reselling on cingulars n...

That was great! And I don't forsee a huge problem with a the majority of people because most people are aware of the fact that Cingular bought AT&T.
