I was told that it wasn't always necessary to purchase the enterprise plan for the Blackberry because their is a "redirection software" that you install that will allow you to receive work email. Does anyone have insight on this?

thanks,

It's a desktop package that you install on your PC that watches Outlook 24x7 and then pushes email/contact/calendar changes to your handset as they happen.
