In a one word answer, NO. he seems to be giving you the info straight up and you dont seem to like the truth, from the post i have read from him he seems to know what he is talking about and is willing to accept that he might not always have the answer, something Blue,agent and PIR never did.

Also, Blue Agent and PIR all had horrible grammatical errors. It's not a big deal, but it's easily identifiable. Kinda like how some people have big noses and others don't. Neither is a bad thing, but you still know if it's big or not.

I tend to agree w/you. Austin316, you can give the truth but you don't have to be so rude/arrogant/cynical...etc while doing so. I hope you don't answer your customers the way you provide answers here. It's not so much what you say--it's how you say it--you need to learn some etiquette.
