Unlocking a Treo 600

Had a cust who had bought an AWS treo 600, cust has current service with Cingular and wanted to get phone unlocked for use with Cingular, Blue 3G can not do it any one got any good sites to go to get this phone unlocked

Treo are not locked. just throw the sim in it.
