If a customer wants to migrate an existing blue service and add it to an already existing orange account, can you do this all at a store?

No they'll be on different accounts. You need to migrate the Blue service, do a change of financial resp to get both account to having the same account holder on each account then consolidate them onto a Family plan

it would be easier by going to a store. they could get it all done at once instead of the customer having to fax over a TOS and so on. it should only take a good rep about 20 minutes to do all of this.
