Almost all of ATTs promos and services begin on Sundays. Look at a calendar. Sunday is the first day of the week.

The fact that they are giving away the farm and still loosing close to a million or more post-pay customers every month should tell you something about the quality of service/devices/Customer service (whatever)isn't enough to keep customers, no matter how much they save.

yeah, sorry for the typo. it is every quarter, not month.

But! in other news... you'll soon have 5 new lines because I wouldn't give a lady a free battery:

apparently as a retailer, it is my job to give a customer everything after they inform me that they'll never actually buy something from me.. because if I don't give them everything, I won't get their "business."

have fun! 😉

Hey at least you GOT money at one point.. these were customers I've never seen before, and they are coming into a store that is JUST over a week old and demanding I help them, hoping that threatening to go to another carrier will make me suddenly hand everything over..

Have you recently used a Sprint device, called customer service, or spent time in a store? Sprint has no choice but to give the farm away from bad decisions made years ago. It has nothing to do with the customer experience today.

It has everything to do with it.

You have that negative image. I know they improved, but I also read about phones and carriers... a lot. Typical customers don't. They go on what you have in ads.

All they see in new adds are:

Look how CHEAP we are! (low cost = low quality for a lot of people when it comes to service oriented business.. the fact that you have that negative history only enforces this)

or

"Look at what everyone is doing!" This just gets the customers to think about what they couldn't do years ago.

Why not have adds showing your new customer service ratings? or open a new call center in the US and make a huge deal about it? Customer service is largely the complaint of your former customers, why not market...

Actually I would rather pick 10 a month.

Most of my circle consists of land lines, either way I would rather have a phone I can actually use vs a Sprint phone.

I don't care if you can make unlimited calls to the moon from it, sucky coverage is sucky coverage.
