Grrrrr.... Suncom calls....
No, this isn't a rant about the customers, more about Cingular. How the heck are you going to put a document on the csp as required reading with a number on it for current suncom customers in virginia that are going to migrate over to cingular to call and the number isn't active but transfers you to the DMDR telesales que and we cant migrate those customers?? WTF!? Ofcourse nobody knows where to get these customers to who don't want to go to a store to take care of the migration. GRRRRRR
