I never said that....but I had a very rough week (I didn't have 3 days off)....and I need to relax sometime. Saturday and Sunday are my only days off.

Im trying to get something fixed for a customer I dont think is fixable at the moment. 😢

What is it?

Customer was given temp number while porting in her number, her old phone through her old carrier makes/receives calls, but problem is wont keep a charge so soon will be dead.

The temp number she is not able to receive calls. She can make them. It goes to a voice prompt saying "this number is not accepting calls." I did all the troubleshooting checked for immediate call forwarding etc etc etc. None of it is working.

She already hung up. I believe what the problem was they started to transfer the number over but im not sure. We submitted a case and hopefully tech will fix it soon. ☹️ I hate not being able to help her though.
