He couldn't send text messages and said he was getting error 5 which means the person trying to send it is the person has been classified as spammer. Put him on hold to find out if anyone knows about it and go back he says "Oh yea that was just counting how many times I tried to send this message" GRRRRRR finally after like an half hour of trying to troubleshoot this phone, clarify is down i cant create a case, tech isnt here, i had to tell him to call back tomorrow. âšī¸
