My girlfriend has a Samsung x472m, whenever she tries to purchase something through Media Net, it doesn't allow her too, stating that she needs to contact customer service. What could be the problem and how could it be fixed? Thanks in advance! 😁

Media Net registry is probably the problem. Like Cold said

If she is registered, have her call customer service and have them delete the registration and then re set it up sometimes that is the issue that something did not provision properly.

😕 😕 Just hope she doesn't get me if your in our market. I cant troubleshoot internet/media net issues they never work for me. 😕 😕
