AT&T WIRELESS SERVICE SAGGING IN AUSTIN TX

I've been an AT&T Wireless customer for 7 years, and in the past year AT&T wireless has become undependable, lost and failed calls constantly in the Austin area. AT&T says they've fixed it but a technician for AT&T tells me they've yet to implement the 800 MHZ here and won't have it up and operational until end of 1st quarter 2010.
People really need to raise hell with AT&T for such bad service. I've gone over to Boost Mobile for the past 7 months (having reduced my AT&T plan down to minimal) and I've had excellent Service with Boost Mobile ($50.00 unlimited voice/text/internet and it also includes all govmt taxes).

Dude, just quit bagging on ATT. Your just another kind of fanboy, the bag on ATT fanboy. And everyone knows fanboys suck!

You obviously don't like, can't handle, anybody who has anyting negative (TRUE) to say about ATT.

And btw, more times than not, a "fanboy" is somebody who works in the wireless industry. Rarely is an actual consumer a fanboy. A TRUE consumer likes what is best, and fits them best, and is OPEN to whoever is best.

I am a consumer, not a fanboy. I am open to whoever is best. And guess what, starting next year, when it comes to data, Verizon will be the best. Though likely they will still have data limits. But Clear does not have limits on data.

My point is a fanboy is NOT open to who is best. A fanboy is FIXED on thinking one perticular company is best. And usually those people are wireless industry employees, not consumers. Because ...

And the only wireless carrier I have ever been with is Cingular/AT&T, since January 2002. My 1st cellphone was the Nokia 3390.

LOL I'm not a fanboy, I'm a disgruntled AT&T customer who has been defrauded of dependable wireless and data telephone service by AT&T. I sure hope Verizon kicks the pants off AT&T in 2010 with its new 4G/WiMax services as AT&T has ripped off consumers long enough. Perhaps you - yourself work for AT&T?

ummm.... I been with verizon and they were expensive!! they nickel and dime you and there phones arent even that great. I left verizon and now with AT&T and been happy since, good phones, good service and im paying less with AT&T. I dont know what your talking about.
