IPhone 3GS refurbished?

Does anyone know when ATT will start offering the IPhone 3GS refurbished phones for sale?

Also, are there any good IPhone deals coming up for the holidays?

yea probaly want have any refurbished 3GS until they launch the iphone 4G next summer
