Why can't I sign up for Cingular wireless through SBC and get the SE z500a? 😕 Can I sign up through Cingular and somehow transfer the account to SBC so that I can get the discounts associated and also pay both on one bill? 😕 Is the z500a a good phone? 😕 Thank you in advance for your help!!! 😁

SBC will only give you a low end phone nothing fancy. If you want the Z500 sign up with cingular like you normaly would then call.

They had the z500a available until they changed rate plans and available phones on Feb. 15, 2005. Current plans & phones are good until Mar. 31, 2005. Any chance that the z500a comes available thru SBC again on April 1, 2005? And thank you very much for the above post.

I'm officially confused. I thought SBC was a part owner of Cingular??? So why would they have thier own wireless company if they own Cingular too????

SBC landline. You can combine your landline and wireless bills into one that is what they are speaking of.
