Question about exchange

I have a Samsung Eternity, and my screen is starting to freeze really bad. It hasn't been dropped or anything like that, and no liquid damage. It does however, have small scratches on the screen from my fingernail constantly in the same place scrolling. I work for T-Mobile, and I know they have a very strict policy on warranty exchanges, and the scratches would be considered physical damage and void the warranty, is AT+T like this as well? I would like to get my phone replaced without paying the 50 dollar deductible right now lol. Thanks 🙂

Depends on the scratches.

I believe if you run your fingernail over th escratch and it catches, then its deep enough to be considered physical damage.

If you live near a Device Support Center, I would go there so they could see the device before you make a warranty claim.
