I love the product I sell. I really do. I think it is the best of its kind. I just get so frustrated b/c of the little things about the company that are so screwed up internally (like this whole feature attachment thing that we've all been talking about - see my previous post on it).
No problem. I do understand your frustration. I too would be pissed if I had to field calls every day from customers complaining about features they didn't want. ☹️
