International Prefix....HELP

Customer is trying to dial "1" to access voicemail and it is saying "insert international prefix first"

Does anyone have any idea what this means?

Im not sure. She pulled out the battery put it back and was able to dial, but this isnt the first time it happened.

she probably had the international option switched to yes in the settings.

The VM number may be incorrect... just have them updated. I had a customer call in with a similar problem. Holding '1' had her calling Algeria

i'm guessing nokia 6340i. it's under settings- call settings- int. prefix 011. hope this helps.
