Actually Siebel isn't too bad. I use it every day. From what I hear, the Cingular systems are much harder, and it takes twice as many systems to do something as it does with AWS systems. (I'm Blue-only, so I have very little experience with Orange systems)

Like shayby said, I'm happy to help. PM me with your work e-mail and I'll be happy to keep in touch and give you any advice you need.

Telegence is great if you know how to use it. just got to remember to "refresh" often.

Soon all the markets will be on one system (Opus) so thin...

I'm a lil worried about the system integration. The final product will probably be wonderful, but getting there will be a pain. Siebel is pretty good... I just wish you could note and work at the same time. If the final system takes the best from Blue and Orange (Brown??), we'll be in business 😁
