I, for one, believe...

I have been thinking about this and I know this is probably so against policy, but has anyone else on here questioned their "higher ups" about "consolidation"? And by consolidation, I mean the stores. I have seen my quota stay the same even though there are a total of seven stores in my mall that carry Cingular... 😳 I work in one of two company owned stores in my mall (one orange, and one blue), but on top of that there are five agents, and not even "premiere agents". I know that I was told that after January the company was going to start not having "non-branded" agents anymore, but now we are sitting in April with the same issues. And on top of that, they just changed out pay structures, making it harder for us to get money by cutting...

Ok, lemme get this straight....so you're getting paid less but they're asking more of you. Meanwhile, the plans and features they're wanting you to sell more of are a LOT more expensive for less (does anyone else think it's stupid for them to expect us to suggest a $69.99 plan off the bat to EVERYONE?). Oh, and let's not forget that some of us out here in agentland continuously have problems with getting good ol' Orange to actually PAY us for activating their phones (the agent companies, not the reps)!!!

So where's the extra money goin?

I'm not COR but I definately agree with you (as you probably already knew from my posts yesterday). When you have that kind of oversaturization, EVERYONE suffers at ALL the stores - COR and agent. It really is stupid.
